One minute I was to email. Next had to be posted now back to email again for scripts. Usually very prompt service all sorted now. Definitely recommend ed very helpful

  • Great service & reasonable price/delivery to Melbourne area.

The product (Vetmedin 5mg) was, as usual, very well-received by my Beagle. It seems to register as some sort of food for him, so he readily eats it out of hand (rather than having to be hidden in food like other meds).

Delivery is reliably 4-5 business days using the Australia Post service. A day less if I pay extra for express? (I would give the 5th star if these was any quicker and cheaper).

Price for this product seems to follow 3 tiers online, roughly $70/$120/$200. This supplier is in that cheapest tier, so hence the 4 stars I gave. (I suspect a 'trickle-down economy' for the others, who may be below this supplier on the food-chain? Or have much higher profit-margins?)

While the Website system has some real problems, the phone-support staff were very helpful at times. I am happy now to work through the Website system.

  • Scripts Process spoils a good deal

The purchase and delivery prices are both fine for this product, but the process for newcomers to learn how to access it seems a confusing put-off, particularly for those unused to processes with pet scripts. Perhaps more can be done with the website design so that the Pharmacist does not have to solve problems created by the Site-Designer?
