How Cardisure Works

Pimobendan works as both an inotrope and vasodilator, meaning it increases the strength of heart contractions while widening blood vessels. This dual action improves circulation, reduces fluid buildup, and allows the heart to work more efficiently, making it a cornerstone therapy for dogs with congestive heart failure.

Directions for Use

Administer Cardisure exactly as prescribed by your veterinarian. Tablets are usually given twice daily (morning and evening), ideally on an empty stomach, but always follow your vet’s instructions. Do not change the dose or frequency without consulting your veterinarian.

Possible Side Effects

Some dogs may experience vomiting, diarrhoea, poor appetite, or mild restlessness. More serious reactions such as collapse or irregular heartbeat require immediate veterinary attention. Always monitor your dog for any unusual changes.
